Studio Deposit Policy
At Daneila Léon, each piece is handcrafted in limited batches, honoring the artistry and intention behind our designs. When a piece or size is currently unavailable, we offer a Studio Deposit option to reserve your piece and initiate production.
Only clearly marked unavailable pieces or sizes are eligible for a Studio Deposit.
How It Works
A 50% Studio Deposit secures your piece in our production queue. Once production begins, the deposit becomes non-refundable, as the piece is created or restocked specifically for you. Eligible items are clearly indicated on the product page. All in-stock pieces require full payment at checkout.
Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund. After 24 hours, Studio Deposits are non-refundable. If a deposit is placed on an ineligible item, our team will contact you to either collect the remaining balance or issue a refund minus an 8% transaction fee.
Payment & Afterpay
Afterpay may be used to pay in full for any piece at checkout. Deposits cannot be split across multiple payment methods. Refunds, when applicable, are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days of inspection.
Final Payment
Once your piece is complete, a final invoice for the remaining 50% balance is issued. Final payment is required prior to shipment.
Returns
Our 14-day return policy applies upon delivery. Eligible returns receive a full refund and complimentary insured FedEx shipping. Pieces must be unworn, unaltered, and returned in their original condition and packaging. No fees are withheld on approved returns.
Sizing & Responsibility
Please review our sizing guides carefully before placing an order. We are happy to accommodate exchanges when materials allow. Daneila Léon is not responsible for sizing issues resulting from incorrect measurements or information provided by the client.
Chargebacks & Disputes
Unauthorized chargebacks or disputes will be formally contested. By placing an order, you agree to our Studio Deposit and Return Policies. For assistance, we encourage you to contact our studio team prior to opening a dispute.
