Shipping & Processing

All in-stock pieces are processed and shipped within 1–3 business days from our New York studio.

We offer complimentary insured FedEx expedited shipping on all U.S. orders.
Orders placed after 3 PM ET on Friday ship the following Monday.
FedEx does not deliver on weekends.

Each order is carefully prepared to ensure your jewelry arrives safely and beautifully presented.

Shipping & Insurance

All orders are shipped via FedEx with full tracking and delivery confirmation.
Every shipment is fully insured from our studio until delivery.

To ensure secure delivery, signature confirmation may be required for select orders based on order value and destination.

Once an order is marked as delivered by the carrier, responsibility transfers to the recipient.

International Shipping

We are pleased to offer complimentary international shipping.

For deliveries outside the United States, our studio may contact you after checkout to confirm the shipping method, insurance requirements, and customs details.

International customers are responsible for any applicable duties, VAT, or customs fees.
Return shipping for international orders is not included.

Returns

Eligible U.S. orders may be returned within 14 days of delivery.
Approved returns include a prepaid FedEx return label.

All pieces must be unworn, unaltered, and returned in original packaging.
International returns follow the same approval process, with return shipping at the customer’s expense.

Address Accuracy

Please confirm your shipping details at checkout.
Packages returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses may incur reshipment and handling fees.
