Return & Refund Policy

We accept returns and exchanges on eligible U.S. orders within 14 days of delivery. Return shipping is free for all approved items.

Eligibility

To qualify, items must be:

  • Unworn
  • Unaltered
  • Returned in original packaging

Not Eligible for Return or Exchange

  • Items showing visible signs of wear
  • Items that have been engraved, resized, or modified
  • Special orders placed outside our standard collection

How to Start a Return or Exchange

Please email our studio at sales@daneilaleon.com with:

  • Your full name
  • Order number
  • Reason for return or exchange

Once your return is approved, we will send you a prepaid, insured FedEx return label.

Refused or Missed Delivery

Packages returned to us due to refused delivery, missed signature attempts, or failure to pick up from FedEx are not eligible for full refunds. All carrier-billed shipping costs (outbound and return) and standard studio handling fees will be deducted from the refund. Refunds are issued only once the item is returned to our studio.

Refund Timeline

Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days of receiving your return.

Return shipping is always complimentary.
Since we now offer free shipping on all orders, there are no outbound shipping fees to deduct from refunds.

Chargebacks & Disputes

Unauthorized chargebacks or payment disputes made against eligible orders will be formally contested.

By placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined in our Return & Refund Policy and Studio Deposit Policy.

We kindly ask that you contact our studio first with any concerns, so we can assist promptly and fairly before a dispute is filed.
